Wednesdays are for winter wetlands so join us for a three-mile “out and back” morning hike at Pecatonica Wetlands!

We’ll meet in the parking lot by the outhouse. We’ll have a quick info session before we hit the trails for three miles.

We’ll hike out for one-and-a-half miles to “the hill”  and then turn back. If the weather is nasty, we’ll only hike a mile or so. It depends on who shows up!

The trails are groomed for snowmobiles and hikers and are relatively easy to walk along. Still, make sure you wear sturdy boots or shoes. Bundle up and make sure you’re properly nourished and hydrated!
