We’ll hike through the peaceful prairie, into the woods and alongside a stand of majestic trees. We’ll also dip into the bird sanctuary for a bit.

This hike will be about three miles long. Leashed dogs are allowed. There is one outhouse in the center of the preserve.

If the gates are open, just park in the main parking lot near the outhouse. If the gates are closed, park in the little lot just off Fitzgerald and we’ll hike in together. You might have to park along the road. If that’s the case, we’ll guide you to the safe spots to park.
